Baby Ink Footprint

If you did not receive a copy of your babies ink footprint when your baby was born you might want to consider making your own. 

Infant safe, hospital ink footprint kits are easy to use and clean up quickly and easily without harming your babies delicate skin.  To find a baby ink footprint kit, search google for the term "baby ink footprint" or "baby ink hand and footprint."

We found one site (www.littlekeepsakes.com) that sells two sizes.  The larger size is great for making baby and toddler ink handprints and ink footprints. 

Once you've captured your babies handprint of footprint, you can copy it on a color copies and make birth announcements, birthday announcements, mother's day or father's day cards and many other crafts.  Don't forget to frame a copy for yourself! 

the best idea we've come across yet is to take the baby safe ink print kit with you to the hospital and capture your babies handprint and footprint right at birth.
